• A technical background, ideally with experience in the nuclear sector
• The ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
• Fluency in English (French is a strong plus)
• Willingness to travel occasionally, depending on project needs
• Confidence in expressing ideas and challenging assumptions
• An eagerness to learn fast and contribute outside your comfort zone

Flexible work environment

All roles at Damona are currently offered on-site, but we occasionally work remotely, with team members based across Europe. We prioritise flexibility, collaboration, and autonomy, with the only requirement being geographic proximity to European time zones for effective coordination.
